This folder should be sent with all files associated with that one document. It is advisable to store the folder, which holds the files inside, in a compressed, self-extracting archive (Diskdoubler, Stuffit or Compact Pro) for transfer with a modem. If you are not familiar with archive programs contact your Apple dealer or Macintosh users group for information. NOTE: The name MacNews is used as an example and while you should use the same format, name the files and folders according to the documents you will create.
