The MacNews Folder is an example of where to store all files associated with one document. This folder should be sent with all files associated with that one document. It is advisable to store the folder, which holds the files inside, in a compressed, self-extracting archive (Diskdoubler, Stuffit or Compact Pro) for transfer with a modem.  If you are not familiar with archive programs contact your Apple dealer or Macintosh users group for information.
NOTE: The name MacNews is used as an example and while you should use the same format, name the files and folders according to the documents you will create.
